Downloading Songs

   1.    Dial 202

   2.    Choose your preferred language

   3.    Press 1 to download songs by category

   4.    Choose your favorite category

   5.    Enter the serial number of song

   6.    After instructions, listen to song

   7.    If you like it, press 3 to purchase it and set it as your caller tune

   8.    If you don’t like, press 1 to listen to the next song.

Your Personal Album

Personal album will be created automatically on the system when you purchase any song.

Accessing and managing Personal Album

1. Dial 202
2. Select preferred language
3. Press 3

Gifting songs

1. Dial 202
2. Choose your preferred language
3. Press 1 to download songs by category
4. Choose your favorite category
5. Enter song serial number
6. After instructions listen to song
7. If you like to gift it press 4
8. Then enter your friend’s mobile number
9. If you don’t like to gift that particular song, press 1 to listen to the next song.

Gifting songs to non CRBT activated phone

If you want to gift song to your friend whose CRBT service is not activated then while you are gifting the song, the system will first tell you that the CRBT service of the person you are trying to gift the song is not activated. If you want to activate it press 1 otherwise hang up to exit.

In case you decided to activate CRBT service for the other person, you will be charged for both gifting the songs and activating CRBT service of the person

Remember that receiver will receive a message and in order to confirm the gift he should reply it by yes

The Call Me Back  service is an easy-to-use service that allows our customers to send a call back request to any Etisalat Afghanistan customer.

Call Me Back service is only available for etisalat customers with less than 10 Afs in their account, they can send up to three requests per day.

How to use the Call Me Back service

Dial *126*your friend’s phone number#. For example, *126*0786786786#.

Your friend will receive an SMS including sender number requesting for a call back.

Call Conference Service

Description

Etisalat Call Conference Service enables you to talk with 5 people at the same time

It is a default service. The charges for Call Conference will be as per outgoing call rates. To set-up a conference call, a customer has to activate this first and then call a person when he picks the phone ask him towait andput him on hold when the call to 3,4 or 5 persons are completed, then select the “Option” button on the left corner of your mobile screen then select “Conference call” option from the menu.

As you press the “conference call” all the members will be joined in conferencing.

Activation

To activate call conference service send Open (Space) CC as SMS to 3378

Deactivation

To activate call conference service send Cancel (Space) CC as SMS to 3378

Charges

It has one time activation charge which is 15 AFS and the charges for making call conference will be as per number of outgoing call rates

Note: If the customer is talking to 3 persons he or she will be charged for three calls. This service is applicable to all Local and International calls up to 5 persons simultaneously

Description

This service enables our prepaid customers to make call to their friends anytime even when they are out of balance.

Charges

The charge which is applied on the B party after he/she accepts your request that is 3.5 AFS/Min, and the charge which is applied on the A party that is 0.20AFS/Call

Method of usage:

Customers should dial 324

Then the IVR will be played and request you to select your favorite language (Pashto, Dari, English)

After selecting the language, customers should enter their favored number and press # (078120xxxx#)

After that B part will receive a call from the customer number

Once the B party accepts the call, below options will be played

Press 1 to accept the call, press 2 to reject the call and press 3 to put the number in black list

After pressing 1 the call will be connected

Azadi Radio News Services (500)

Description

This service is offered in coordination with Azadi radio. It is SMS based service that offers all Etisalat prepaid and postpaid customers Azadi radio news free of charge.

Activation

To receive Dari news go to the message screen type 1 and send it to 500

To receive Pashto news go to the message screen type 2 and send it to 500

Deactivation

To deactivate Dari news go to the message screen type X1 and send it to 500

To deactivate Pashto news go to the message screen type X2 and send it to 500

Azadi Radio News Services (500) are free of charge

Dial 9900 activate one of the above bundles and enjoy listening to all of the mentioned services.

Note: Currently the service is only in Dari language.

This service will enable Etisalat prepaid customers to get 20AFS loan while their accounts are below 10AFS. By the time customers recharge or transfer money to their accounts, loan automatically will be recovered back.

If a customer doesn’t pay his loan back within 7 days, then the system will recover it automatically from his main account (in case he haven’t used the credit).

Service is easily accessible on IVR platform short code 4050; and its designed based on the Alphabetical sequence in both language Dari & Pashto. Customers will be able to easily find the word (what he/she saw in dream) Like.

A, B, C, D, E, W, Y, Z; if someone saw Water in dream, so they should select W

After selecting the Alphabet customer has to choose the word starting with W, such as Water

Customer has to choose the subcategory of water for example if he has choose water then sub category names will play like

• River & More

Now post selecting the Sub category the customer will listen to the detailed description of what could be the meaning of the same
